Bio:
Julie Sanford is the founder of Split Second Strategies, an Omaha Startup company that concentrates on developing products that help alleviate workplace violence.  Everyone deserves to feel safe at work, school or anywhere they are during the day or night.  She offers Verbal De-escalation classes and gun violence survival classes.  Julie has a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and spent 11 years as a deputy sheriff as well as several years in the private security management field.  Julie is married to her husband Doug and they have 3 beautiful girls, ages 31, 17, and 14.
