Jeremy Bouman is the Founder and CEO of RISE, a Nebraska-based nonprofit dedicated to breaking generational cycles of incarceration. RISE delivers programming in seven Nebraska prisons, focusing on character development, employment readiness, reentry planning, and entrepreneurship. The organization's support continues after release through case management, family programming, a business incubator, and employment placement services. RISE also plays an active role in criminal justice reform through policy and advocacy efforts in Nebraska's unicameral legislature.

Prior to founding RISE, Jeremy served for seven years as Associate Vice President of Development at Creighton University. He brings more than 22 years of leadership experience in higher education and nonprofit organizations, with professional experience spanning New York City, Baltimore, and Omaha.

Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Susquehanna University and a Master of Science in Leadership from Creighton University.
