Luci Foster serves as the Development Manager for the Nebraska Chapter of JDRF, the prominent non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds for finding a cure for type one diabetes (T1D). Luci's involvement with JDRF began in 2021 following her daughter's diagnosis with T1D at the age of 12. Inspired by her personal experience, she joined the local chapter as a staff member in 2022, aiming to contribute further to the mission. The core of this mission revolves around funding research for transformative breakthroughs in T1D cures, preventions, and treatments. Luci's commitment to this cause drives her to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals affected by T1D, striving towards a world free from the burden of the disease.
