1. Align Club Work plans to the strategic Plan & Popularize to members
2. Train club members on My Rotary and encourage them to take up courses from the Learning Centre
3. Ensure adherence to the By-laws and Financial Management principles
4. Implement Club Communication Plan for greater visibility.
5. Develop Program for annual Club meetings.
6. Improve member participation in Club, district, and RI activities.

• Monitor past projects in the different areas of Uganda to ensure proper and sustainable use.
