  • On 10th November 2011, the club was registered as a company limited by guarantee under the Companies Act.
 
  • Our strategic plan 2022 – 2027 was recently approved. It focuses on evolving programs with longer term program activities.
 
  • We have progressively enhanced our community programs visibility as well as online interaction through the club website; Twitter, Instagram social media platforms and”The Passion” a monthly e-bulletin which is widely disseminated. We hope to boost our public image through the said platforms.
 
  • We are proud to mother the Rotary Club of Buloba; We also mothered three Rotaract clubs; (i) Rotaract Club of Kampala Central (The ROCK), (ii) Rotaract Club of Nakawa Vocational Training College (NVTC) and (iii) Rotaract Club of Cape Munyonyo.
 
  • Member awareness about the Rotary Foundation has increased and our giving has continued to grow every year. The club is 100% EREY.In 2022/2023, the club raised $21,722. We are hopeful the trend shall continue in 2023/2024.
 
  • The club is has 14 PHFs and the target is to increase that by at least 20%.
 
  • The club TRF Utilization in 2022/2023 was USD 106,000 on a global grant that saw rehabilitation of two (2) staff houses, the outpatient department, mechanical & electrical works in the maternity ward at Freda Carr Ngora Hospital, in Ngora District, Eastern Uganda.
 
  • The club has a Rotary International partnership portfolio which includes Rotary Club of Nørresundby Denmark, Rotary Club of Dubuque, Rotary Club of Reading Matins – UK, Rotary Club of Brentwood-UK, Rotary Club Greater Huntsville – USA, Ebeltoft Rotary Club, Denmark, Quench and connect – USA that have gone a long way to support the club to enable it to participate in global grants.
 
  • Our local corporate partnership portfolio includes The Parliament of Uganda, Centenary Bank, Kampala Capital City Authority, National Drug Authority, Reproductive Health Uganda, Cipla Quality Chemical Industries, Uganda National Roads Authority, Indian Association of Uganda, Ministry of Health, UNICEF, World Health Organization (WHO), The Micro-Finance Support Centre and Total E&P, Platinum Credit Ltd Uganda among others.
