Our speaker this week is Peter Garret, a Rotarian since 1991, past president of the Waterville Rotary club with a PhD in Earth Science, having taught meteorology at the University of Maine in Augusta, and with a popular weather column In the Central Maine Morning Sentinel. Now a leader in an international group of volunteers known as Citizens Climate Lobby.
