Rotary Leadership Institute

RLI is a grassroots coalition of Rotary districts implementing a leadership development program for "potential" leaders of Rotary CLUBS.

The Rotary Leadership Institute is a three part series of fast-paced, interactive, one day courses offered to refine a Rotarian’s leadership skills and increase their knowledge of Rotary.

RLI seeks to have Rotary Clubs in its member districts identify those Rotarians who appear to have the potential for future club leadership (not necessarily as club presidents) and provide those so identified with a quality education in Rotary knowledge and leadership skills so important in voluntary organizations.

The next District 7790 Rotary Leadership Institute is scheduled for October 24, 2015 in Lewiston. Contrary to popular opinion, this is NOT an anointing for the club presidency.
