The Public Image Committee has been very busy getting the word out about the Park Street Playground build date on Saturday, Sept. 9th and the Grand Opening on Saturday, Sept. 16th. I have submitted press releases to the Bangor Daily News, the Islander, and the local radio stations. I will follow-up with them to request that they send reporters to cover these events, if they're not planning to do so already. In addition, we have been posting frequent updates on our Facebook page. In addition to myself, committee members include Carrie Jones, Aurora Hilton and Liz Cutler. If anyone else is interested in serving on this committee, please let me know.
