ASPIE - Supporting artists with special needs

ASPIE’s vision is to create programs for individuals with autism and similar developmental and cognitive challenges, and their caregivers, to:

• Provide for their needs, develop their individual potential and improve their sense of well-being
• Increase their knowledge and skills
• Enhance their ability to thrive independently in their environment.

ASPIE will offer a pathway and a set of alternatives to achieve greater independence, by providing:

• A platform (both people-based and a virtual network) to coordinate and provide supplemental earnings and housing options
• Appropriate skills assessment, guidance, planning and implementation tools
