Already known as the best Baseball Park in small town America, David Allen Memorial Ball Park attracts notable events, and the Enid Rotary Club is bringing a new amazing event to the field with Enid’s first Field of Honor® display. Ordered in rows and columns atop 7½ foot white poles, 350 United States Flags will fly in tribute to heroes who have earned our gratitude through their service and sacrifice.
Each sponsored flag tells the story of a person who deserves to not be forgotten. Military, veterans, first responders, and all who have become our heroes deserve to be honored. Flags thus dedicated for $50 will be posted in the formation to create a panorama of red, white & blue that will form a lasting memory for visitors to the Field of Honor® flag formation. This is a display that must be experienced to be fully understood.
The Field of Honor® display is a gift to Queen Wheat City’s residents made possible through donations, sponsorships and the efforts of many dedicated volunteers. You can show your support and gratitude by sponsoring a flag or making a donation. There is no charge to visit the Field of Honor® display, and all are invited to share this inspirational experience.
