Larry Stevens has served as the City Manager of the City of Edmond for the last 20 years. In that time frame he helped manage the growth of a city that has grown its population by nearly 30%. Working in conjunction with the City Council and city staff numerous capital projects have been accomplished over his 20-year career including the Public Safety Center, Mitch Park YMCA, Edmond Center Court as well $130 million dollars spent on projects to alleviate traffic congestion. Larry is retiring and his last day of employment with the City of Edmond is March 4th. A Kansas City area native, in retirement, he’s looking forward to having more time to cheer on the Chiefs and Royals as well as spending additional time traveling with his wife Kay.
