It is with deep regret I write this about Elvis Musiba who passed away on 31st Oct 2010. after a short illness. Past Rtn Elvis was a high profile businessman and worked in government departments & Parastatals for 8 years from 1972 as an accountant before joining professional bodies as an Auditor. Started business since 1986 and was immediate past president of Tanzania Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture. He sat on many boards of various organisations.
