The impact of COVID on mental health.

 

Hita is the Principal Clinical & Forensic Psychologist and has been practicing for over 18 years with many people in a variety of contexts. She is dedicated to providing specialist care to patients and values a client-centered approach to assessment and treatment. Hita has been trained in a number of therapies and is experienced in treating a range of mental disorders both individually and in group contexts. Hita specialises in the assessment and treatment of complex presentations including personality disorder and trauma. She is trained in EMDR and uses a range of techniques and theoretical frameworks to help clients with long-standing psychological issues. Hita provides supervision to Provisional Psychologists and Clinical and Forensic Psychology Registrars. She also delivers training workshops, seminars and conferences both nationally and internationally.

Hita is a fully registered Psychologist and Supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia and is a member of the Clinical and Forensic Colleges with the Australian Psychological Society. Hita has worked with clients both in the UK and Australia and is an Associate Fellow and Chartered Forensic Psychologist with the British Psychological Society.
