The Rotary Club München-International is delighted to be co-hosting 2026-edition of Pack ma’s! – a special series of events organised jointly by Munich's Rotary clubs. The 2026-Headline is "Art, Politics and Ethics – Orientation in Turbulent Times" and addresses pressing issues of our time: How can we find stability in a period of social, technological and political upheaval? How can art and ethics inspire responsibility, democracy and community?

Inspiration, dialogue and Rotary encounters

Pack ma’s 2026! brings together personalities from the worlds of culture, science, politics and ethics for open, critical and forward-looking discussions. The aim of the event is to promote Rotary dialogue across club boundaries, deepen friendships and provide food for thought for a value-based society.

Among the outstanding speakers are:

  • Prof. Dr. Alena Buyx 
    Medical ethicist (Technical University of Munich), former chair of the German Ethics Council
  • Isabel Pfeiffer‑Poensgen
    Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Carl Friedrich von Siemens Foundation, former Minister of Science for North Rhine-Westphalia
  • Prof. Dr. Wilhelm Vossenkuhl
    Philosopher (LMU Munich)
  • Roland Fischer
    Internationally renowned photographer and conceptual artist

The panel will be moderated by Dr. Achim Budde, Director of the Catholic Academy in Bavaria, who will draw on his experience to ensure an inspiring discussion. Prof. Anna Buchberger, piano, (University of Music and Performing Arts Munich) complements and deepens the theme of the evening in a special way.

All proceeds go to 10drei e.V. to promote democratic education in schools.
