SUPPORT: Can't log in? Forgot password?

We have had some feedback with some members having difficulty signing in or getting their password.
Here is a summary of the most frequent questions:
Where do I get my login name and password? OR I seem to have mislaid my password?
- Click on the LOGIN tab on our site www.rotary-munich.de . Then click on forgot my password. You will be asked to enter your last name (surname) and your email address. Then you will be sent an email with your login details. Note: Be sure to change your password when you login to keep your account secure!
I did all that. But I get a message "not recognized"
- Make sure you enter your LAST name and the email address to which the invitational email or the eBulletin was sent to. You can always change this once you have logged on.
Sometimes the "Umlaute" and the German symbols do not always work
- Make sure when you have a choice to use the "New version" or "Beta". If this still does not work do a workaround for now (ae or ue etc.)
The system is not accepting my fax number!
- Make sure when you have a choice to use the "New version" or "Beta". Please use the format +49 (89) 17809210
