Looted Art and the Washington Principles

In his lecture Rechtsanwalt Dr. Hannes Hartung, a distinguished member of Rotary München-Martinsried, will provide us with an overview of the the Gurlitt Case and will attempt to answer the question  "What have Germany and Bavaria learned about dealing with looted art?"  A short historical review of the past 25 years following the publication of the Washington Principles and how these Priciples are currently being implemented will round out this lecture.
