Complete Flag, Pole, Sleeve and installation
Available immediately, the Fort Worth International Rotary Club is offering a flag, pole, sleeve and installation for residents with homes in Tarrant County (TX).
NOTE: Our members are volunteers and some are employed full-time. Because of this, installation of your flag may take several days.
For a one time donation of $55 per flag, we will provide a 3'x5' USA flag mounted to a 10 foot long steel pole and inserted into plastic sleeve installed in a resident chosen location by our Rotary members. We suggest that you locate your flag in a flower bed but the choice is yours. Residents can erect the flag and pole we provide any time they choose. Residents will remove and store the flags as needed when not displayed.
We also offer replacement flags for those who have participate in our flag program in the past. For just $15 plus $6.99 shipping and handling, we will send you a replacement flag. Use button below to order your replacment flag.
A Rotary Club of Fort Worth International Fund Raiser
The Patriotic Flag Program is a fundraiser for the Rotary Club of Fort Worth International, which uses the donations to fund local and international projects focusing on six areas: promoting peace, preventing diseases, providing access to clean water and sanitation, enhancing maternal & child health, improving basic education & literacy and helping communities develop.
Our Rotary Club was chartered on September 28, 1989 in Fort Worth, Texas, USA. At that time, we were known as the Rotary Club of Fort Worth Horizon and we met weekly for breakfast.
In 2007, we were selected to participate in a Rotary International pilot project to foster new ideas about how Rotary Clubs might be able to change their meeting format to attract additional members and professionals from the younger generations. Our club chose to meet twice per month rather than weekly.
On July 10, 2008, we changed our club's name to Rotary Club of Fort Worth International. We chose this name because most of our members have either lived in other countries, traveled extensively to other countries, or were born in a different country but are now U.S. citizens. At that time, we also changed from a breakfast meeting to a lunch meeting.
