On June 28th the Torrington Rotary Club held its annual Changing of the Gavel Banquet to induct the new President for 2021-22 and to present awards to members for their Service. Outgoing President Bob Taylor passed the gavel to incoming President Brett Malm. Approximately 60 people attended. A delicious shrimp and prime rib dinner was prepared by the County Club kitchen chefs.
