2026 Rotary UW Football Bus Trip

We are planning our upcoming 2026 Rotary UW Football Bus Trip.  RSVP deadline is 9/15/2026!!

We are planning our 3rd annual University of Wyoming football game excursion on FRIDAY October 23rd, 2026. This year the Cowboys will be battling Air Force. Following is the tentative itinerary:

8am – Leave Gillette on a chartered 55 passenger bus loaded with food and refreshments from the City Parking Garage behind the courthouse (We are limiting the capacity to 40 attendees to make room for the good stuff)

8 am – 12:30pm – Drive to Laramie

1pm – 3pm – Tour new facilities at the University of Wyoming

3:30 – 6:30pm – Tailgate with food and refreshments

7:00 – 10:30pm – UW vs. Air Force Football Game

11:00pm – 3:15 am – Return to Gillette (Saturday morning with lots of recovery time)

Based on 40 attendees, the all-in price per person will be $200.

The last two years have been very memorable experiences and I would like to encourage you to attend.

This is the second year of the "Coal Rush" game. The UW players are going to be wearing all black and the middle of the uniforms will look like chucks of coal. Loud and Proud, this game is publicly supporting the coal industry so we found it to be very fitting for our community to represent at such a special occasion. Wear your blackout attire and support our Boys!!

We need to get a firm headcount of attendees so we can plan accordingly. Please commit early.

Let me know if you have any questions. I appreciate your support in advance.
