The Youth Service Committee is responsible for four major activities: Scholarships, Interact, Youth Exchange and RYLA.
- Promotes and carries out the international youth exchange program including obtaining outbound students, arranging for host families for inbound students, and ensuring the safety and welfare the inbound students.
- Arranges for a scholarship chairperson to oversee the review and selection of scholarship recipients and follows up with recipients to ensure enrollment and grades.
- Promotes and selects participants for the RYLA program.
- Reviews the Rotaract Club at the High School and recommends action to the Board of Directors.
- If Interact is continued at the High School, the Committee is responsible for ensuring adult leadership and mentoring of students.
