Club Donations Committee
 
The Club Donations Committee will review and develop a system for establishing guidelines for club donations, receiving requests for donations and making recommendations to the Club’s Board of Directors on all donations. 
 
The Committee should review each application and become knowledgeable about each request.  A member of the Committee attends the Board meeting to present the requests and the recommendation as well, as to respond to questions from the Board.  Once requests are approved, the Committee arranges for a Rotarian to present the donation and works with the Communications Committee to obtain applicable PR for the donation. 
 
The Committee follows up with each approved donation and asks for a final report from the applicant stating results of the Club’s contribution.
