Panhandling for Polio

Cheyenne Community Rotoract held their “Panhandling for Polio” event  on Saturday, October 27^th.  Twelve of our Rotaract members split up and went to King Soopers and Safeway (South Greeley Hwy).  There, we wore our red long sleeve “Panhandling for Polio” shirts, holding cardboard signs and asking for donations. It turned out to be a really successful event, and in just four hours we raised over $1300 in just cash and change at those locations.  The total amount we received was $1766.78 which is going directly to the End Polio Now Campaign.  Thank you all for your support!
