Drawing:  The Dotterer table had the winning ticket but drew the 8 of diamonds, so the pot will continue to grow

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
The Rotary Foundation:  Dick Hall reported that we are doing very well with our contributions to The Rotary Foundation.  We now have enough to qualify for an application we might make for a District Grant.  Did you know that with Global Grants, which are large scale grants that go to Rotary International's 6 areas of focus, that within 5,677 grants,  donations have been $332.1 million. We are a part of that!

Football Pool:  Dick Hall gave the results of the last week of the pool.  In club winners were Tom Loepp(2), Steve Fry and Marv Mills (2).  Carrie thanked Dick for his work on this project.

Rotary Shirts:  Steve Dunton told us this is the last week for ordering the t-shirts, golf shirt and sweatshirts.  Carrie thanked Steve for his work in getting this project together.

Foodbank:  Dave Renninger reminded everyone that tonight is our volunteer time at the Foodbank from 5:00-7:00.

Holiday Helping Hands:  John Pribonic said there are only 8 more slots to fill for gifts for the project.  In addition, over $600 has been collected to help with the shopping.  He reminded us that the gift wrapping will be next Wednesday, December 11 at 6:00 at On Tap.  When you bring your gift, be sure you know what family and age the gift is for, but they will be tagged with names.

Holiday Party: Linda Trevorrow explained that on December 18 our morning meeting will be our holiday party.  We will have an omelet bar, Santa will arrive and will play the left/right game.  The game means that everyone should provide a gift with a value of about $15.  And, although guests are more than welcome, both members and guests much sign on the clipboard so that Silver Lake can be prepared for us.

Interact:  Kelly Toppin reported that the 20 plus members of Interact are making tie blankets for Childrens' Hospital Medical Center.  They have been invited to our wrapping party.

Announcers:  A clipboard is available for signing up for announcer between now and the end of June.

Wait Staff Thank You:  Carrie circulated a gift bag for our donations for the wait staff from Silver Lake.  The bag will be available again next week and then the money will be presented to the staff at our holiday party.

Fortieth Anniversary of the Club:  Carrie and JT Stimler want to meet with the original founding members next week after our regular meeting to begin to plan the anniversary celebration which will be in the spring of 2020.

Bulldog Bags:  Because cookie decorating kits are sent home in over 600 bags, there is a need for small containers of sprinkles.  Bring them to next week's meeting.

President's Award:  Carrie gave an award titled "Building A Better Community and Club" to Dick Hall for the many ways he assists the club.  He was in charge of the registration for the Reverse Raffle, and then spearheaded the Football Pool.  Now he is collecting the Rotary Foundation contributions.  Carrie thanked him for all he does for the club.
