GUEST ANNOUNCER: Linda Trevorrow was our guest announcer she looked stunning today by the way if you did not notice. She let us know that Tony Falcione was our ticket seller, and that Madison Mills, Audrey Menke, and Amber Zibritosky, and Brett Wagner are visiting us today. No Badge: Sara Drew and Jacqui Bowman. No Birthdays or Anniversaries to speak of. She was very proud that she was NOT last in… the recognition goes to Mayor Sara Drew. She then told a joke about 4 brothers who went to college, and Christmas gifts, and an old lady who ate a parrot… It was actually quite funny. HAPPY BUCK: Katie Wright: Metis Construction will be on HGTV this Thursday night 9:00 PM on “Rehab Addict” which is the episode with LeBron James Foundation. Set your DVRs and look for Metis Shirts! John Long: He was so happy to announce that he has a new grandson born 2 weeks ago on 11/3 his name is Luke Matthew Gorbach. Love Love Love. :-) 

Today we had a club assembly with lots of news and dates. 

MEETINGS & HOLIDAYS:  No Meetings 11/26, 12/24 or 12/31. Our Holiday Breakfast Celebration will be on December 17th. See schedule attached with speakers. 

Katie Wright - Program Director sent us the schedule of names, for guest speakers. Please update her if you cannot have a speaker, on your date. Please adhere to the guidelines if you need a copy please email kwright@metisconstruction.com 

FOOD BANK: Dave Renninger: Food Bank Dec 3rd 5-7 PM hope to see you there. The food bank actually called Dave and thanked us saying we are the largest and most consistent group they get as volunteers and they are grateful to have us. Lets keep this going. 

Shop with a Cop: Tickets for sale -Chief Film shared with us, and asked for our support.  For every $100 they get, they can take one more child. So please buy some! See Jeff Film for tickets. Or call him at 330-689-5700. 

Pat Messmore:  Gave out some $ for football squares Andy Denton is a happy lady today as she won a few times!  He also asked for contributions to Rotary Foundation for Rotary International. Let us know that we have 37 Paul Harris Fellows here in our club. See Pat if you are wanting to see how close you are to the next level and if you would like to gift your points to anyone else. 

Marv Mills- 2 Interact children with us selling candy bars $1 each please buy the candy bars today. One of them happens to be his granddaughter. 

BOB OBORN: Bonnie Housley was honored to present our very own Bob Oborn with a pin for becoming part of the Rotary Global History Fellowship.  Just as a side note he is also heavily seeking donations for the Ronald McDonald House expansion Rotary Room… Here is a video where Bob talks about that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DpkCXoYp5xE  and you can donate at www.GoFundMe.com/RotaryCares.  If that is not enough I wanted to mention that he is doing a great job with the Rotaract and Interact Clubs as he is our District co-chair. I have attached the sign ups for Stow Munroe Falls HS, so take note of what spaces you signed up for or that need filled. Thanks Bob! 

HELPING HANDS: Oh wait now Bob Oborn wants to actually speak: He is excited to kick off Holiday Helping Hands in the last 5 years we have helped 78 families total. This year we have 12 families and 27 children to shop for. Wrapping party will be Dec 8th 6:00 at on Tap. We will also use this as our December social after hours event, so bring a guest and show them what we do! We will also have a raffle & give away a $50 gift card. This $ will seed our future evening after hour social events. If you are interested in delivery of the gifts see Marv Mills or give him a call at 330-928-0432. MOST ALL OF YOU SIGNED YOUR NAME 3X TIMES. FOR 3 GIFTS.  Each child will receive 3 gifts. Each line was for each gift. Each gift is valued at $15-$25 each. Therefore if you did this, you will be spending about $50-75 per child. That is why there were 3 lines. If you were only planning on spending about $20 then you will need to adjust. If you are not comfortable with what you signed up for… Please call Bob Oborn 330-801-0159. Please pay attention to Age, Boy or girl and BOX # for your child. Thanks! 

BELL RINGING:  sign up sheet is going around and we still need someone for Sat Nov 29th 1-3, Sat Dec 13th 5-7, Sat Dec 20th 5-7.  Please call Bruce Hill if you can fill those spaces. Bruce 330-903-1524. 

MEMBERSHIP: Andrea Denton-  We welcomed Law Director for City of Stow Amber Zibritosky. We are happy to have her as a member and looking to grow! Andrea mention that we are doing a lot of great things. We have many events going on, and things to do other than the breakfast meeting to expose others to Rotary. We had 17 Rotarians and 8 guests to our social on Monday night for the Cavs Game. We raffled off a $100 gift card that Dick Hall won. It was a great time. Think about bringing a guest to the Holiday Wrapping on Dec 8th, have some fun. Andrea also mentioned she is seriously looking for a replacement for Membership Chair because she is president elect, its a great need. So please see her, she can show you the ropes.  She also mentioned that Karen will give us an update on attendance soon. ROTARY READS:  Katie Wright is so excited about helping children who English as a second language in our local schools. Its a wonderful experience. We currently have 12 volunteers that go from once a week, to once a month. Bob & Annette go to Woodland and read, they have 4 kids that they read with K & 1st grade. They sit and listen. Its really a great time. If you did read with students please get Katie your reports as she would like to keep track. 

TREASURERS REPORT: Annette Oborn We did well on reverse raffle, made over 16k, budgeted for 13,500 so we are a little ahead! Wonderful job. Dues income is down so if  you know any potential members please please send them forward! We need to grow. Her report is attached. Great job Annette.
