INSTALLATION PROGRAM
Outgoing President, Brad Jagger began by thanking the club for their efforts in so many areas during this past year.  He highlighted our $5000 to CAMO, creation of The Stow-Munroe Falls Rotary Foundation and moving the board meetings to the Stow-Munroe Falls Library.  He expressed appreciation for all of the club's efforts and asked that we look at the total list of projects and accomplishments which are listed on the back of the attached program.  Other highlights are the Holiday Helping Hands project that assisted 14 families at Christmas and the 400 comfort bags we packed for Summit County Children Services.

Beverly Ghent-Szkrzynski, Incoming District 6630 Governor thanked the club for all that had happened under Brad's leadership, and all that will be accomplished under Annie's leadership.  She also informed us that Bob Oborn will become Assistant District Governor on July 1.

The theme for this next year will be "Be the Inspired".  Beverly mentioned that Annie is filled with professionalism and dedication to the club and will definitely be the inspiration as she faces the challenges of this next year.  She then conducted the ceremony where Annie was installed as our president.    That followed with the installation of the elected Board of Directors.  They are listed in the attached program along with the other officers.

Annie responded to her installation with her vision for the club.  She thanked Brad for his leadership and also others who carry out their individual responsibilities for the success of the club.  She specifically recognized Christina Gary as she leaves the Board and Jeff Film as he becomes a member of the board.

She based her remarks around the theme "Be the Inspiration".  She hopes that we all can be inspired to do something even greater and to take care of each other because it is easy to give up if we are not inspired.  Her specific goals are:  1.  Support and strengthen the club.  One way to do this is to have 5 guests for breakfast every month.  Annie feels that if our guests attend a breakfast, they can be inspired to join us.  2. Increase humanitarian service.  Annie encouraged each of us to present new projects that inspire us and address needs and changes of our community and the world.  3.  Enhance our public image.  If we wear our pins regularly, people recognize what we are a part of and may feel encouraged to join us.  She encourages us to follow the club on social media and to post photos and write articles for print media.  We never know when a particular project is going to attract someone's attention.

And finally, Annie hopes we will have fun.  She encourages us to say thank you to our tablemates, to be flexible, to strengthen our skills and of course to inspire our community.  Get ready for an exciting year!
