SPEAKER: Diane Carbone was brought in by John Pribonic to tell us a little bit about her life. She was born in Akron and her dad was in the military, and she followed suit. She joined the Airforce. She had great adventures and stries to tell, nay expericenes traveling and with the military. She touched upon and challenged us throughout her speech to think about our life purpose. Throughout her life in recent years she was a VP for United Way in FL and was diagnosed with Cancer. She is a 2 years in remission survivor and is now a bar tender. She closed with the fact that her life is now stress free, and that living your life with meaning is what matters. The fact is you do not have to be the “one” who changes the world. As long as you are repairing the world, helping others and living your life with meaning. Use you talent and do what you can do. That is your purpose.

Quote of the Week: The best thing to hold onto in life is… each other.
