Good morning
Andy is on vacation for two weeks so minutes are not going to be as complete and we'll written as she would do.
Last we we had a club assembly. I am going to hit some of the high lights and hopefully the recording of the meeting will help Andy fill in the gaps when she gets back.
Annette presented the budget to the club and after a few questions and explanations the budget was approved. If you did not get a copy and would like to have one please let me know.
We went over the projects of the club. If there is anything you would like to be part of or want us to try please let me or one of the board members know.
Club attendence consists of 50 meetings including 4 socials on months with 5 Wednesdays and 2 weeks off in December. Our first 5th Wednesday social will be in August. We are planning a family picnic at Silver Springs. More details coming. We are striving for perfect attendance so if you can't make a meeting make sure you get make up credit when you volunteer for a project.
Dave brought a ton of plastic caps that we can start taking liners out of for our grant project. Please pick up a bag to help with this project. He will bring more each week.
We decided to have a club assembly once a quarter and a rotary moment the week after board meeting to keep everyone updated.
