President, Gail Moseley opened the meeting by leading in the Pledge of Allegiance.  Program Host, Carrie Leising led us in an invocation about being thankful.

Dave Renninger is looking for help with The Rotary Foundation, in the area of printing informational materials and reminders about giving for the members.

Mary Dula reminded everyone that tonight is Foodbank time from 4:30-6:30 at the Foodbank.  The group will have dinner together after they finish volunteering.

Carrie Leising and Dinah Henderson told us about the plans for "Stuff the Bus"this weekend.  We will tape boxes together this morning and then the boxes will be delivered to the bus garage and labeled for what is being collected.  Then on Friday and Saturday Rotarians and Interact students will work together to gather items for the Teacher Supply Closet.  Rotarians will be stationed at Target.  Please see the attached flier for items that are needed.

Dinah Henderson reported that Young has t-shirts already printed with the Rotary logo available for $10.

Gail Moseley invited everyone to take a box of plastic lids home with them to remove the paper from the lids.  This is a perfect example of many hands making light work.  Thanks to Dave Christman for providing the caps, which will be part of our district grant to create recycled benches.

PROGRAM:
Carrie led us through the first step in learning how best to use Clubrunner.  Today's lesson was in downloading the ClubRunner App to our phones and then having access to what the app provides.
1.  Go to the app store and enter ClubRunner.
2.  Install the app
3.  Open the app.  Unless you change it, your User Name is  Your first name.Your last name.5221.  (For example:  Andrea.Denton.5221.)  Your password, unless you change it is 5221.
4. After you open the app, you will see a link to club members at the bottom of your screen.  If you click on "members" you will go to a directory for our club where you can find e-mails, phone numbers and addresses, among other information for each member.  Clicking on the phone number next to each member is an easy way to call them.  Clicking on the text box will allow you to send a text.
5.  Look at your own name and see if the information is correct.
6.  If you need to change your information, go to portal.clubrunner.ca/5221.  (I find this easier to do on the computer, rather than on the phone.)
7.  Click on Home Page Rotary Club of Stow-Munroe Falls
8.  Click on"member area" at the top of the page
Scroll down to the pink "Edit Profile" square and click on it.
9. Scroll down to the blue "edit" square and click on it.
10.  Update your information.
11.  Click on the yellow "Save" box on the bottom right of that screen.   That information will transfer to the phone app.

Roger Cline, Carrie Leising or Andy Denton would be glad to try to help you update your information.  Once your app is on your phone, look around and find district information as well as club information.

The meeting then moved outdoors where the members taped boxes together in preparation for this weekend' Stuff the Bus."
