Brandon Chrostowski from Edwins Restaurant, a 4 Star French Style restaurant in Shaker Square in Cleveland, spoke to our Chesterland Rotary Club this morning. What a powerful and moving speaker about his culinary school and restaurant staffed by and for people coming out of prison to offer a second chance at a good life. They have taken over several buildings in the Shaker Square - Buckeye Road area and are planning to open a Butcher Shop this year. Brandon, thank you for giving back to the community!
