Hugh Cassidy will be bringing a special guest to the meeting this week, his name is John Vosicky. John has recently accepted the position of Global Director for Health and Safety for Sherwin Williams.
John is also a Black Belt in Jiu-Jitsu, and a fellow instructor for the Midwest Jiu-Jitsu Association. Together they will be giving a demonstration of Jiu-Jitsu and Self Defense.
