Rotarians At Work
Another productive and successful work project for BMRwas completed on Saturday, Sept.17. President Mike Valentino, Past President, Beverly Goodridge; BMR members, Dave Terrill, Bob Varga, and Bob Johnson, Ken Butler, Carl Hofstetter all led by super carpenter Dave Brigham built a sturdy and beautiful wheelchair ramp at a residence in Middlefield Village. Special thanks to Dave for the preliminary work, leading all the non-carpenters, and endless patience on a difficult project. The project ran from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and resulted in another elderly Geauga resident being given easy access to their home and a new lease on life. Rotary serving mankind. This was all done with no cost to the club through the support of the Geauga County Dept. on Aging who supplied the materials. | |
