Attached are three very important documents for the Annual Members Meeting:
1. Voting instructions.
2. A spreadsheet showing elector counts by club.
3. The required delegate/elector voting card required for the 2018 Annual Meeting.
Please print and complete one delegate/elector voting card for each vote which your club is eligible (the number of electors for each club are listed on the attached spreadsheet).
Proxies are acceptable. If your club is entitled to more than one vote, one club member may carry his or her own plus the proxy for others.
