Lebanon Rotarian is presented Certificate for distinguished volunteer service.
 
Rotary International presented Lebanon Rotarian, the late Henry N. Funk with a 2010 Volunteer Certificate of Recognition for his outstanding and distinguished volunteer service. Henry's wife, Nancy Funk, accepted the Certificate presented post-humously by Chris Straka, 2009-2010 Club President during a recent Rotary meeting. Henry Funk was active in the Rotary of Lebanon since 1972. He served as the club's president in 1979-1980. Over the years, Henry and Nancy hosted numerous international students in their home through the Rotary Student Exchange program. More recently, Henry was instrumental in establishing a dental clinic in Puerto Rico through the Volunteers in Missions program with support of Rotary. He was instrumental in the construction, equipping and maintenance of the facilty. Funk also recruited dentists, dental assistants, other volunteers and even involved professors and dental students from Temple University in annual dental missions.
