Students Honored at March Meeting

At its regular meeting on Tuesday, March 20, 2012, the Rotary Club of Lebanon PA recognized seven local high school seniors for their accomplishments as Students of the Month for March 2012 for the 2011-2012 academic school year.
 

At its regular meeting on Tuesday, March 20, 2012, the Rotary Club of Lebanon PA recognized seven local high school seniors for their accomplishments as Students of the Month for March 2012 for the 2011-2012 academic school year.

Presenting each student with a certificate of recognition for their scholastic achievements, community service, and leadership qualities is Sharon Swanger (second row, far right – Vice President, Rotary Club of Lebanon Pa). 

Students are nominated for this special honor by their high schools’ faculty and administration every month and then recognized by Rotary at a special luncheon meeting during that month.

The students recognized were (from left to right):  first row:  Erika Jackson (Lebanon Catholic); Erin Brown (Cedar Crest); Namyred Tirado (LCCTC); Stephen Cannistraci (Cedar Crest).  Second Row:  Alexandra Pyles (Lebanon); Brent Hostetter (Lebanon); Mark Snesavage (LCCTC). 

Several parents and family members also attended the Tuesday luncheon meeting for the award presentations held at Marabelle's Restaurant, Lebanon.
