Benjamin Franklin speaks to Rotary of Lebanon about the Four Way Test.

The Rotary of Lebanon recently hosted Benjamin Franklin at the club's weekly Tuesday luncheon meeting on November 16, 2010 at the Quality Inn, Lebanon. Franklin, the inventor, statesman, and former Ambassador to France, (inpersonated by Christopher Lowell) traveled from the 18th Century to address the Rotarians and guests attending on how his life's work embraced the principles of the Four Way Test of Rotary International over a century before Paul Harris founded Rotary in 1905. The Four Way Test consists of the guiding principles in the form of four questions by which all Rotarians endeavor to live their private and professional lives. Those questions areâ€"Is it the truth?, Is it fair to all concerned?, Will it build good will and better friendships?, Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
