Three Lebanon area high school students win honors for Rotary essay contest.

The winners of the 2009-10 Lebanon Rotary Four Way Test Essay Contest are: 1st place, Elizabeth Decker; 2nd place, Linda Chey; 3rd place, Lauren Gross. All three students are from Lebanon Catholic School. They received their awards at the joint Annville-Lebanon Rotary Paul Harris Awards Dinner at Annville-Cleona High School on January 28, 2010. All area high schools were invited to encourage their senior classes to participate with essays reflecting student's thoughts on the principles of the Rotary Four Way Test. Those four guiding principles of the Test that all Rotarians are committed to following are: 1. Is it the truth? 2. Is it fair to all concerned? 3. Will it build goodwill and better friendships? 4. Will it be beneficial to all concerned? Congratulations to our contest winners. Thank you to President Elect, Patrick Freer, Jr. for promoting this year's contest!
