Berwick College Presentation Balls 2024

It's time to put your hand up to attend one of our presentation balls.

This is always a great night and at no cost to Rotarian attendees. 

We require approximately ten Rotarians needed on the day for each presentation ball 

• Rotarians required to
  • Place a program on tables for each person
  • Distribute gloves and flowers – tick off who has gloves
  • Assist with marshalling for photographs
• Roster needed of two Rotarians at door to check tickets
• Extras needed to usher if needed, answer questions, assist generally
