OCUT Rotary Club announces 2023 Upper Twp. Citizen of Year

The Rotary Club of Ocean City - Upper Township has announced the selection of Blanche Adams as the Rotary 2023 Upper Twp. Citizen of the Year for her work in developing a food distribution program at the Tuckahoe United Methodist Church.      

   Blanche will be formally recognized during the Township of Upper’s annual Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony, to be held Monday, Nov. 27th at 6:30 pm, at Township Hall.

   Blanche will be accepting the Citizen of the Year designation on behalf of the many volunteers that have helped her with food programs hosted at the Tuckahoe United Methodist Church.  ##
