Who wants to help with more shoes?

As Jade Yim from Dymon Storage and Shoe Bank Canada mentioned at our last meeting, our efforts in assisting their efforts to sort the shoes they have collected across Ottawa have been gratefully received and very much appreciated.  For those of you who have helped sort shoes so far: thank you and would you like to do so again?  And if you've not had the opportunity to participate yet, come on out.  It's a great time.

For those who've been there, space in the sorting area at Dymon in Kanata is a bit tight.  We would like to limit the size of the sorting teams to 12 volunteers.  We're going to continue alternating the events between Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings to hopefully allow for more flexibility in everyone's schedule.

The next two sorting events will be held on Wednesday, August 10 at 5:30pm and Saturday, September 10 at 9:00am.  Events will continue to be held at the Dymon Storage facility in Kanata. There are links below that will take you to the sign up pages.
