WNCC 'Expanding the Possibilities' Campaign

Today we welcome our student guests; Shelly Rizza from Gering and Gunner Buckhammer from Scottsbluff. Their ambitions are to become attorneys. Our program today is the ‘Expanding the Possibilities” campaign going on now at Western Nebraska Community college. Jennifer Rogers, executive director for the WNCC foundation, Howard Olsen, Kristin Wiebe, and Todd Holcomb were all there to talk up the program. The goal of this campaign is to raise $8.95 million dollars which will help thousands of student succeed, build the workforce of tomorrow, and enrich communities throughout the Panhandle. A large percent will go to improving the campus buildings. The forty year old infrastructure and façade are in need of updating. The program ended with a short video.
