EG Rotary Citrus Drive to benefit EGLL lights

Dear Little League Families,

As you may or may not be aware, East Greenwich Little League has partnered with the East
Greenwich Rotary Club in their annual Citrus Drive Fundraiser. This year’s proceeds from the
Citrus Drive are being directed back to the little league in an effort to help pay off the lights
recently installed at Cragan Field. We are very happy to have the Rotary Club work with us on
our lights’ campaign.

The Citrus Fundraiser and our annual Home Run Derby are just two projects that enable us to
keep our registration fees down. The lights at Cragan Field have been a great benefit to the
league. Many players had a chance to play under the lights during the Spring season and many
more have had the opportunity to play in our current Fall Ball season. The lights have allowed
us to host many more home games rather than constantly have to travel during the Fall season.

In order for the Citrus Drive to be a success, we need your support! Rather than have players
sell the Citrus door-to-door, we are asking each family to purchase one citrus product (of course,
additional purchases are always welcome as the citrus makes great gifts around the holidays).

will be delivered to a central location in East Greenwich on December 10th and you will be
contacted about pick up as the date approaches.
