SPEAKER/PROGRAM

Bill Winter, Classification Talk

Bill Winter was born in Albany, New York.  He was adopted when he was 4 days old, along with his older sister.  His dad worked for General Electric in the Albany area before a transfer took the Winter family to Rhode Island.

Bill grew up in the Cindyann neighborhood of East Greenwich.  After attending school at Providence Country Day, he went on to college in Hawaii where he was a business major.  Further studies for Bill continued at New England Tech where he majored in drafting.  He also spent time at Savannah College, specializing in architecture and historic preservation.

Today, Bill is an independent insurance agent and financial consultant with Bartlet Financial Services, LLC.  He enjoys helping his clients get their financial houses in order.

Bill has lived in many places throughout the country, but he came back to East Greenwich to raise his daughter here.  Working mainly from his home, he’s happily able watch her get on the school bus each morning.  Back in Rhode Island, Bill’s also able to pursue his passion for boating and water sports.
