Announcements:
*  Dues invoices have been sent out, please pay if you are outstanding.
*  Sanitation Department Dinner in January, goal of raising $6,000 and we recently received a $1,400 donation from Buhler Ford.
*  Still working on the logistics for the tree project that wilol cover 3 Long Branch parks.  Actual planting will be most likely postponed until spring.
* Rise Against Hunger food packaging event will be 10/28 at Manasquan Fire House #2, 111 Parker Ave, Manasquan, NJ 08736.  Looking for volunteers and donations.  http://events.stophungernow.org/district7500monmouthcounty2017.  Just $29 can feed 100 or more people.  Currently about $7,000 short of goal.
*  Art Show 10/18 6-9pm at Branches Catering.  Need to sell tickets.  Have maxed out at 25 artists with many different mediums represented.  Ad book sales ongoing and prices start at $30 for a business card size.  Need baskets for the chanced auction.  A donation of $60 will purchase a basket to be arranged by Terry6 with recognition to you.  Wine, liquor, lottery tickets, etc are always appreciated.

*  Broadway - no clear timeline but turnaround looks great
*  Redevelopment Bond for Pier Village public space, have personal guarantee on $20 million.  Will be three phases, 1. Residential, 2. Parking, 3. Retail.
*  Paid parking in beach areas ends 9/30.  Behind in beach badge revenue but the paid parking made up for the loss.
*  Plan for a new building, 1 tower, 10 stories, plans were approved 6 years ago on Seaview.  Looking for a partner or to flip it.
*  Long Branch is compliant with affordable housing provisions, no new projects.
*  Primary focus of redevelopment is west of Ocean Blvd.
*  Beer Garden - project is underway, not sure on timeline for the completion but will not be anytime soon.
*  Pier - still in the works.  Depends on financial risk to the city.  Can take on $70 million, not $200 million.  Need structured, sustainable parking.  Lookin to extend season and focus on 1. ferry service to NYC, 2. fishing, 3. retail.
*  Great Lawn is hosting a lot of events.
*  Lake Takanassee  beachfront construction will be 6 single family and 9-10 townhouses.
