Meeting came to order 12:15 by Fatima Camacho with the salute of the Flag led by Al Peskoe, followed by the prayer given by Paul Peacock.

Agenda:

Fatima announced that the Annual Car Wash took place. Sad to say the turnout for this event was weak. $100.00 profit was made. Fatima reiterated the importance of everyone pitching in to help wherever and whenever possible.

Fatima encouraged Board members to review the club by-laws sample that was sent out, make notes on any changes that might be needed. The Board will discuss the changes at the next Board meeting and a rough draft will be submitted to Lex Tucci to complete and send back to the Board for final approval.

Ken Gittell announced that he and Mike Ciavolino, are working on several public relations items. One of which is an RCLB bookmarker to be available free at local libraries with our club’s contact info on it and a QR code that would allow people with Smart Phones to view a short video about Rotary..

Brian Berry informed everyone about the Wave of Hope Fall Festival event on October 7 from 2-5. Brian asked if anyone could give and hour or two it would be great appreciated.
