Guest Speaker: Fernando of La Scarpetta (L) – Missionary, preacher and member of the Fabulous International Clowns, being thanked for his inspirational presentation at Rotary club meeting.
Fernando arrived in the US from his homeland of Argentina in 2001.His mission is to help prevent the world’s ills to uplift and inspire children to have good self-esteem. The clown performances teach values to children through comedy. Balloons are also provided at performances at schools & hospitals. As many as 3,000 children have attended a performance. Assignments and funds are provided internationally through church missionaries. Travel and personal expenses are paid for by the performers. His mantra is a happy heart leads to a happy life.
