The Affordable Housing Alliance
This non-profit organization is funded by donations and federal, state and local sources The mission is to provide a safe haven for those in need and to provide access to essential resources . The staff has 80 employees. Sixteen beds, food and employment opportunities are provided for the homeless for 30 days. Social service agencies, friends and family refer clients to the shelter located at Fort Monmouth. The agency assists with job applications and connects individuals with community services.
