Speaker - Kia West, Registered Nurse and Club member
Highlights - Kia traced her childhood in Long Branch and her activities excelling in sports programs. She graduated from Seton Hall with a major in nursing and social work. Her family consists of many nursing professionals. She has provided nursing care at the following hospitals - Jersey Shore, Hackensack Meridian and Monmouth Medical. She is active at the Long Branch Library Mental Health program. She explained that the state of N.J. has programs for people at risk. Her mantra is “keep moving”. Movement will make you feel better for physical and mental well-being.
