Holiday Buffet Menu

• Bread: Fresh baked Italian bread and butter

• Starters & Salads:

  • Cold Antipasto: Imported capicola, salami, provolone, fresh roasted peppers, olives, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, lettuce

  • Fruit and cheese display

  • Caesar salad

  • Fresh mozzarella and tomato platter

  • Arugula, endive, and radicchio salad

  • Lobster Ravioli: La Rosa cream sauce, shrimp, scallops

  • Cheese Tortellini Carbonara: Prosciutto, onion, peas, cream sauce
