This seminar is designed for club public image directors and executives who have or want a presence on Facebook, but are unaware of best practices or how to get started. Through a step-by-step process, the seminar will cover:
• Insights: Who uses Facebook and its relevance to the nonprofit sector;
• Anatomy of a Facebook Page: Learn the importance of its parts, and how to maximize its use for your club;
• Not so fast! How to develop your “online voice” before engaging your target audience;
• Engage: How to find, engage, and produce a community on Facebook; and,
• What’s Next? A discussion on advanced Facebook features and solving common problems in using Facebook at the club level.
