The President Elect (PE) this year (President 2018-19) and the Grant Chair for each club are required to attend Grant Training if the club is planning to submit a grant for a 2018-19 project. The PE must attend each year because they are new to the office. The Grant Chair needs to attend once every three years, but only if they are the same person. If a new chair takes over, they must attend a training session.
A club must be Qualified to submit a grant, if either of the two people required miss training the club will not be eligible to submit a grant.
